In the Dark? program content

Light enables us to see and understand our environment. We’ll have a close look at light’s energy, making light, laser light, how light bounces (reflects), mirrors, how it bends (refracts), how it makes colour (absorbs) and shadows.

Australian Curriculum

Year 5 – Light from a source forms shadows and can be absorbed, reflected and refracted.
